What you get

Show up, do the work, see it pay off.

Ora turns every logged session into visible progress — so you train with intent and actually know it’s working.

Training photo
  • Muscle

Build muscle with volume that lands.

Track hard sets per muscle and keep weekly volume in the range that actually grows you.

  • Strength

    Add strength you can see.

Watch your estimated 1RM trend on the big lifts instead of guessing whether you’re progressing.

  • Focus

    Stop wasting sessions.

Adjust today’s work before fatigue compounds, so hard days count and easy days recover.

  • Proof

    Know it’s working.

A weekly review shows what changed and why — real progress, separated from noise.

How it works

One system, from today to your next block.

Open it before you lift, log without friction, adjust the day before the day adjusts you, then review what changed.

  1. 01 / Today

Know what matters before you train.

Open Ora and see today’s planned session, your readiness, and one suggested adjustment — before you touch a barbell.

Ora Today screen with the planned session and a suggested adjustment.
  2. 02 / Train

Log sets without fighting the app.

Fast set entry, rest, next-set targets, and quick substitutions — logging keeps up with the session instead of slowing it down.

Ora training screen logging sets, reps and load.
  3. 03 / Recalculate

Adjust the day before the day adjusts you.

Ask Ora to adjust today’s work. It drafts a change, shows one reason and a confidence level, and waits for you to apply or ignore it.

How Ora compares

Why not just another app or a spreadsheet?

Most tools either log your sets or hand you a generic plan. Ora connects the whole loop and adapts it to you.

Typical of each category — not every app behaves the same. Ora is in private beta; this reflects what it’s built to do.

Who’s behind it

Built by lifters who got tired of guessing.

Ora started as a list of grievances: apps that log everything and understand nothing, coaching stuck in spreadsheets, and progress you could feel but never prove. We’re building the training system we wanted for ourselves — because training hard should be satisfying, not a guessing game.

FAQ

Questions before joining.

Who is Ora for?

Serious lifters — powerlifters, bodybuilders, and powerbuilders who care about strength, muscle, and real progress. It stays beginner-friendly, but it’s built around intentional training.

Does the coach actually change my plan?

Ora drafts a change to today’s session with one reason and a confidence level. Nothing changes until you apply it — you stay in control.

Does the AI pretend to be certain?

No. Recommendations carry a confidence level and estimates are labeled. Missing context stays visible instead of being hidden.

Can Ora analyze my form from video?

No. Camera workflows start with barcode, label, and progress-photo capture — not form diagnosis. We won’t claim what the product can’t do.

How much will it cost?

There’s a Free tier to start, Ora Plus at a proposed $4.99/mo (or $39.99/yr — save 33%), and Ora Pro at a tentative $14.99/mo (advanced AI and richer reports) available after launch. Billing is not live during the private beta and prices may change.

Can I try the app now?

Current testers can contact support for access help. New users can join the private beta waitlist above.
